I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I used Pregnacare tablets whilst we were trying to conceive and during my pregnancy. I was given money off vouches for them in my 'Emma diary' packets. I found them good value. They were also available in lots of different places which made my life easier. When I needed to buy more I could pick them up from which ever supermarket I liked as well as many other shops and Amazon (prime next day delivery). The only down side was the tablets were large but taking them once a day wasn't to bad. Overall I was very happy and would use them again in the future and recommend them.

I was given a sample pack of pregnacare tablets from my midwive at my 8 week appointment and she highly recommend that I continued take them. To which I did everyday until the end of my pregnancy and then made me feel great, my skin and hair were also amazing.

Good however no different to the free ones your Midwife will give you. I found the tablets very large and difficult to take especially when suffering with morning sickness. Also very expensive.
