I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Pregnacare tablets were good for certain amount of time, after about a month or two they start making me feel nauseous. Once I had stopped taking them I felt much better within days.

When I found out I was pregnant I used the pregnacare Tablets. They worked well for me and kept me and kept me going although I had terrible morning sickness.

Easy to swallow with no side effects. I found that I had great skin, hair and nails throughout my pregnancy and didn't suffer from any aches, pains or tiredness. I believe that the combination of vitamins and minerals in these supplements contributed to my good fortune.
