I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I got these on offer and as a reputable company I figure it was good. I have no idea how effective they are because as a pregnant women I felt generally exhausted. I trusted the brand used the amount of vitamins it stated

I used the max care tablet pack through out my pregnancy and it gave me all I needed. It might be on the bit more expensive side but I was willing to pay the little extra to ensure that I was getting the best care and nutrients and vitamins for both my baby and I. I highly recommend this brand and product and will definitely use it again in the future.

I solely used this brand. I started off using these with the omega 3 capsules but found they severely aggravated my morning sickness so reverted to the original tablets
