I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Bought these on 3 for 2 at boots. Chose a well known brand I could trust. After our baby was born we bought the breastfeeding supplements in this brand

Piece of mind the baby is reviving all the vitamins required. Was advised by midwife this is the best to take

I felt a huge difference after starting the pregnacare max tablets, I was breastfeeding a toddler and in my first trimester and these noticeably helped alleviate the extreme fatigue and I noticed some of the other symptoms that my body wasn't coping disappear (brown stains on teeth poor skin and hair etc).

I thought these were expensive but they had all the vitamins I needed from conception to breastfeeding. Both my children (2 pregnancies) had strong back and necks when born with good head control I believe these vitamins helped this happen.

The pregnacare tablets were a life saver pre and during pregnancy. The tablets gave me energy and helped me feel more 'normal', especially during the horrific first trimester. Only downside is the size of the tablets but they're worth it!

I used these because they were recommended by the midwifes and also make it easy to just take one tablet throughout to get all the extra vitamins you need.
