I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I only used that brand because they were recommended and also then buying in bulk they were are good value.Taking vitamins gave me peace of mind and I be made difference how I felt at that time.

The compressed tablets are a bit on the large side so encouraged better drinking habits too.took awhile to get used to it but we'll worth it

Great product did what it said on the box. My only negative was the size of the tablets a little big to swallow and the colour off putting. May not bother some. Just a small negative.
