I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

It's recommended by the midwifes, as more vitamins comparing to other brands but I think it should be easier to take, it's tree pils per day, in my opinion is too much, they should put all in one

Not really sure if these did what they said on the tin. I was very ill with hyperemesis during my pregnancy and these where just one more pill I had to take.

Pregnacare tablets are the best vitamins you can take, they really boost up your energy and help your immune system. Best vitamins to take when pregnant but quite expensive if you are on low income.
