Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

They have a wide range of quality products. However I have found the website slow especially if I am using my smartphone it freezes a lot.

Their products were very good. However did have an issue raised with their customer services regarding nursery furniture and they were not very helpful at all

Mothercare is another website that I only use when there is a sale/baby event on. They have a huge range of great quality products but I find them to be very expensive. The app is ok but needs a bit of work.
