Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Terrible customer service. Waited weeks for items paid for that said it was in stock only for it to not turn up. No communication about delays or delivery

Horrendous, we ordered furniture and waited in on the specified delivery day and the order was not delivered. When we complained we were told it was out of stock.

I'd avoid using. Twice I have used Mothercare online and twice it has been an awful experience. Delivery takes a long time but they don't have the courtesy to let you know if there will be a delay or why. First time I received faulty goods. Second time I tried to cancel order because it was taking so long. After numerous weeks/times of contact (me, not them) and lots of back and forth issues were finally resolved. Very very hard work. I'd never use again.......their service is an absolute joke to the point of pure frustration and tearing my hair out/wanting to cry. Not what anybody needs with raging hormones and a newborn!

Terrible service with delivery had waited nearly 4 weeks for a pram that never turned up and had no choice but to get a refund!
