Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

I was very happy with this gel! Very easy to apply, doesn't sting and is odourless. It helped when my nipples were sore and cracked along with nursing pads. A little goes a long way. Wish it was cheaper..!
