Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

Thick and sticky, hard to massage into very sore nipples, but once on, it's helped protect chapping skin.

A great cream, goes on easy, lovely consistency. Soothes quickly. I suffered with very sore cracked nipples when I first started nursing and this was my go to, to help heal them

Safe for babies to ingest and digest unlike many other brands. I did find though it stained coorhes and was hard to wash off. Very affective and keeping nipples comfortable but a little waxy and greasy.

This cream was heaven to my nipples! I suffered really badly with cracked nipples and I applied this after every feed it soothed then and helped them heal, well worth the money.
