Exact same ingredients and dosage as Calpol. Has a spoon instead of syringe but I use syringe given with Calpol. This is much better value for money, you just aren't paying for a brand.

Cheaper alternative to Calpol, but works just as well. Only issue I have, is a fussy child who can tell the difference in taste, so will not have it unless it is calpol.

I found this to be no different in its effectiveness than ro leading brands. Although using a spoon on a younger baby was awkward.
