Think this is seen as a slightly better product but when you check the nutrients etc there is very little difference so not really worth the extra money. However I had no problems with it.

Aptamil was our formula of choice as a back up incase breastfeeding wasn't an option for our daughter. I had friends who had used aptamil for their children and had no problems so I went with it. It turns out that she used formula from the day after her birth day until 1 year old. No problems, good value & easy to prepare. Also We noticed a difference in the consistency, colour & smell between the powder vs pre made formula but baby couldn't tell the difference.

Aptamil have a huge range to choose from for your baby's needs and I like that they have other products available to go with the milk.

We used Aptamil Comfort for colic when our baby was struggling to latch due to reflux and colic. It was easy to prepare and the powder mixes well with water. We found it improved our babies sickness to some degree.

I tried Aptamil comfort for colic and constipation, it definitely worked however don't think my daughter was suffering enough to really need it. She had mild constipation, this formula therefore made her bowels too loose. Definitely think it would work for a baby with more severe constipation. As far as colic I can't comment

From researching ingredients it appears artificial formula's are much the same. Aptamil is marketed as closest to breast milk, so I used it in combination with feeding my baby myself and was satisfied with the product.

my baby was very content on the 1st stage formula, however we switched to another brand when he moved on to the 2nd stage formula as he didn't seem to like the taste. Very easy packaging and instructions on how to prepare the milk
