As new parents, Maurice Pinsonnault and his wife felt overwhelmed with worry not knowing whether their baby was sleeping safe and sound. It was a question that occupied their minds whenever they weren’t in the room. Dissatisfied with the current selection of baby monitors available to them, they wanted a monitor that could go on better : one that could detect movement, especially the subtle movements babies make when asleep. I bought the angelcare baby monitor and sensor pad. Instructions were easy to follow and it gave great peace of mind. Only flaw was the sensor pad had to be quite a distance away from the base monitor but the wire wasn't long enough to reach to another plug socket . It just wasn't doable in our room. However it still worked great.

This has given me peace of mind for my two children. The sensor pad is great but also having the versatility to use the monitor without it as they get older makes it good value.

Expensive. We didn't use the mat. Sometimes the monitor is overalls sensitive but like it has a room temp reading. Not sure it's worth the money

Very happy with this monitor- it has been easy to use. We paid extra for a motion sensor may for under the mattress and have never used it so we probably paid more than necessary for the product but as a monitor I can't fault it.

Found this fantastic as the receiver only 'kicks in' when there is a sound on the baby end - other monitors have constant static that I can't bear!
