As new parents, Maurice Pinsonnault and his wife felt overwhelmed with worry not knowing whether their baby was sleeping safe and sound. I bought the angelcare baby monitor and sensor pad. Instructions were easy to follow and it gave great peace of mind. Only flaw was the sensor pad had to be quite a distance away from the base monitor but the wire wasn't long enough to reach to another plug socket . It just wasn't doable in our room. However it still worked great.

This has given me peace of mind for my two children. The sensor pad is great but also having the versatility to use the monitor without it as they get older makes it good value.

I have the lastest angelcare monitor cost around £190.00 it has video. Senior pad and sound. touch screen on the monitor isnt great very slow. other bad points battery runs out very quick I have to keep it on charge all the time. when your baby is low down in the cot the pad goes off because it can not deteched your baby which is worrying but the alarm will be rised which is good. good point is if the monitor is turned off at the cot. It will alarm the hand held monitor.

This product gave us complete peace of mind when our baby was sleeping, especially when we put her in her own room. It takes a few attempts to get the sensitivity setting right so be prepared for unnecessary beeping which might make your heart race for a minute, but totally worth it as at least this way you know it works. Our daughter is 18 months now and while we don't use the under mattress sleep pad to monitor heart rate, we still use the monitor for when she is sleeping and room temperature and I think we probably will do for years to come.

Very user friendly and straightforward to set up. Ours has a temperature on as well which is useful. It's sensitive to noise so we hear movement, cries etc. Good value and reliable. Good range

We have the movement and sound monitor. Great sensitivity, picks up the smallest of sounds. Never used the movement board so can't comment on that. Very pleased with it in general
