Vaseline is a must have for new mum. We have used it several times on our little boy and it always does the trick. Plus it doubles up as a lip balm for mum if needed!

A traditional firm favourite of ours! My mum used Vaseline on me & I use it on my son. It forms a great protective barrier so that when I take off little ones nappy, his bottom is protected & not at all clammy. Easy to apply & great that it comes in different sizes for the nursery, out & about etc.

Has always been used for its barrier properties, but I find it greasy, and in heat its worse, if in a hot car/bag/pocket or hot weather. It's never been my go to, I've only used it if I have nothing else. But I'm not keen.

I find Vaseline good for skin irritations anywhere on babies body although wouldn't particularly rate but as a nappy cream.

i use vaseline for dry skin or lips, never have used for nappy rash ect. I would use something else rather than this
