Vaseline is a must have for new mum. We have used it several times on our little boy and it always does the trick. Plus it doubles up as a lip balm for mum if needed!

A traditional firm favourite of ours! My mum used Vaseline on me & I use it on my son. It forms a great protective barrier so that when I take off little ones nappy, his bottom is protected & not at all clammy. Easy to apply & great that it comes in different sizes for the nursery, out & about etc.

Good, but find it can make the nappy a bit sticky so baby's bottom gets a bit irritated as it's rubbed more - use Vaseline for cracked lips, nipples and dry dry skin but for bums it's not so great
