Gave me energy due to the high does iron. I also used the iron sachets during pregncy which helped so much ch with fatigue!

Easy to use & taste was fine. As a vegetarian it was important to ensure I had the correct iron levels throughout my pregnancy & thanks to Spatone that was the case!

Used as had low iron, really effective at raising iron levels without side effects. Tastes horrible though
