Delicious and helped keep my iron levels consistent so I didn't need heavier duty supplements. I had more energy and felt better although they are quite expensive to take for whole pregnancy.

Iron spatone is very good, no side effects. Get used to the taste when mixed with orange juice.

Didn't resolve my low iron issues however they were pleasant to drink with juice. Hard to say whether my iron levels would have been worse had I not taken them

This product is the only way I could take iron during my second and third trimesters. You get no adverse reaction such as sickness and constipation that you can get from taking an iron supplement
