Used for new born. Quite light to carry, easy to install in car with seatbelt. Could fit onto frame of pram if wished. Felt very sturdy and safe.

We have the simplicity car seat and I would not really recommend it. There is no proper head support for a small baby, so her head seemed to be rolling about until she had head control (we had to use extra padding). Our baby generally found the seat really uncomfortable - she would cry a lot while we were out and about (she was generally a very calm baby). As soon as we moved her into the next size seat (a different brand), suddenly car journeys became a lot less stressful! The straps were also fussy - having a 5 point harness - so it was annoying trying to get the baby in and out, especially when she was asleep (seats with a 3 point harness seem much better). The sunshade is also tiny and utterly useless when you put the car seat on the pram - it offers no protection. It also annoying that the Silver Cross Isofix base you have to buy with it is only compatible with this seat, you have to get a different base for other seats. It is light weight though and easy to get in and out of the car, but overall I'd recommend to buy a different brand.

we had a simplicity for our boy when he was new born and i loved it, he was always comfy and it was so easy to put in/take out of the car.
