Silver Cross Number 8 of 12 in Car Seats

We had a Silver Cross car seat from birth to 9 months, and it was brilliant overall, however, extremely heavy to carry. I struggled a lot once my baby started to get older and towards the end could not carry it at all.

Very adjustable straps and removable head cosy and cushioning, so fits from tiny new borns to babies over a year old. Comfortable for baby and very sturdy and safe looking. Easy to use, can be used to carry baby around in and attaches to the pram, so no need to disturb baby when getting in / out of the car.

GseT was really good and great that you can click it out of the I so fix base without having to take baby out. We got the seat free as part of a deal but the base is expensive.

Silver cross venture - comfortable for baby with head insert that can be taken out when they are older. Loved the fact it had a hood on it. Lasted well and comes with a kind of apron cover.

Had the simplicity car seat and although it was chunky and looked comfortable the fact the head hugger cannot be used made it slightly awkward to get her hat to stay on in winter

Our silver cross car seat could only have a baby that weighed up to 22lbs, was very easy to fit into the car & you could take it out & carry it around when needed

We had the silver cross simplicity car seat and was very good quality and felt sturdy in the car but was slightly on the heavy side and my baby did not last that long in it

Easy to use stage 0 car seat. Tot too heavy and loved the cosy toes cover as i had a winter baby. Easy to put only pram base for short travels and my son seemed comfortable in it.

Expensive for a car seat especially when used with an isofix base, but very easy to use, safe and reliable
