I bought the electric phillips avent breast pump as the manual tommee tippee breast pump I originally had took to much time to use. I was very pleased with the purchase at the beginning, very effienct and the suction was good, and not too painful as it had three different suction settings. However after using it now foe over a year I feel the suction isn't as powerful as before, I now have to hold the device at a certain angle for it to work efficiently. Mine was also battery operated if you wanted to take it out and about with you, but I found the batteries didn't last very long.
