Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Good range of products but often more expensive than at competitors. We bought a mothercare own brand pram/travel system which has been brilliant and a lot cheaper than branded alternatives

Not too keen on mothercare because of the prices and there is a charge if you want to collect items from store and a delivery charge if delivered to home so your best off going into store to make purchases
