Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Waited a week for delivery and it was a no show ended up going to a local store to find out although we had proof of payment there was no record of the order which they blamed on a computer error so they would never have delivered it. Was told that we would have to wait another 11 days for delivery. Lucky they had one in store that we could take and they cancelled the order. But vey inconvenient

Easy to use and clear. Don't like that click & collect isn't free when a lot of products aren't available in all stores.

Easy to search. And you get emails to remind you of items left in your shopping basket if you don't checkout (once you've registered and logged in)
