Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Customer service is shocking. Ordering system is crap, helpline is unhelpful and uncaring. Would never use again.

Looks good and good pictures but not always clear when searching what products are in which sizes and annoying that you have to click on each product to see what size is in stock.

Ordered my pram offline, only issue was certain items didn't arrive all at once. But I got a time and date of when I was expecting deliveries which was really handy
