Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

expensive, was a pain no collection time was organise when I used click and collect service

Good range of products, but pricing isn't always competitive. Click and collect is available but this seemed very slow compared to other companies, and I found that the customer service was lacking (no reminder or refund for a forgotten collection item!)

if there is a problem with your item then it is difficult to get resolved with customer services. it took me 2 weeks to get an item refunded after many phone calls
