Communication re:dispatch and received orders could be massively improved. I remember checking the tracking everyday until I was sent an email telling me my order has been delivered..! Other than that, everything was great.

Disappointed that Mothercare use Yodel for their delivery service, left my highchair I had ordered out in the rain and claimed I had signed for it. Will not buy expensive items from them again if this is how they get treated on delivery. Happy with Mothercare themselves, easy to order online
