Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Delivery not always on time, have often has issues with warehouse not packing all of my products. Customer care not always polite or helpful, no promt resolve. Only continue to shop here for essential clothing ie underwear as good deals and variety

A good shop for maternity and baby clothes as well as all the products you will need for the baby, spent a lot of time in here when I was pregnant only thing I would say is sometimes you can get very similar items cheaper in other stores. But there nursery items I got for my daughters room are of good quality

Okay for the essentials though some bits can be a bit pricey. Their little bird collection is lovely though. Their delivery system is generally good though they did once loose an order of mine but customer service were very helpful and gave my money back.
