Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Had a nightmare with mothercare online. Bought an item in the sale and didn't receive it, they said it had been delivered. after weeks of back and forth they said they'd send another.. didn't turn up. Turns out it was out of stock all along. Took over 2 months to get my money back.

Customer service is shocking. Ordering system is crap, helpline is unhelpful and uncaring. Would never use again.

Website okay but not great. Delivery is fine click and collect not very good. Had to call store myself to see if they had my order as i never recieved any text or email. Then staff were very rude when we went to collect. When i complained management didnt seem to care much either. I no longer shop here.

Not much better quality than supermarket items but more expensive. Their bedding however is much better quality and about the same price as supermarkets

Waited a week for delivery and it was a no show ended up going to a local store to find out although we had proof of payment there was no record of the order which they blamed on a computer error so they would never have delivered it. Was told that we would have to wait another 11 days for delivery. Lucky they had one in store that we could take and they cancelled the order. But vey inconvenient

I find mothercare to be so overpriced for baby equipment. staff are lovely and helpful. Mothercare baby vests are the best ones that I have found so far
