Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

expensive, was a pain no collection time was organise when I used click and collect service

Items can often be found cheaper elsewhere on the internet. I have had items delivered to the store and gone to collect only to find that they don't have all my items or have sent the wrong colour and think nothing of asking you to make the journey back.

Aftercare service requires improvement, also sale items often don't materialise!
