Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Awful customer service online. They messed up our order when we originally got our buggy before going to Babies R Us. Although we asked to cancel the order as it hadn't been dispatched we were told this wasn't possible and would have to return it once it was delivered. The delivery company left our pram outside in the rain as we were not home and then wouldn't collect the buggy. We had to drive an hour to our closest Mothercare to return. The staff in store were far more helpful and polite and did give us a

They have a wide range of quality products. However I have found the website slow especially if I am using my smartphone it freezes a lot.

Mothercare is another website that I only use when there is a sale/baby event on. They have a huge range of great quality products but I find them to be very expensive. The app is ok but needs a bit of work.
