Not only are the baby products expensive, they're not always of very good quality unfortunately. I've found that some of the exact same products can be cheaper in different stores.

Ordered pregnancy clothing online however when I got to store it had been left on delivery van. Really annoying as store not local. Found vest tops poor quality.

Communication re:dispatch and received orders could be massively improved. I remember checking the tracking everyday until I was sent an email telling me my order has been delivered..! Other than that, everything was great.
