Too small and move around alot for those who have larger breast (above a d cup) I would not use and use a larger sized breast pad. Can be quite harsh on nipples

Terrible breast pads, I bought a box and only used two or three pairs then binned them, they do not stay put, they change shape when wet and they do not absorb much at all. The are also very bulky and are obvious if you are not wearing a padded bra
