These are like cotton pads in your bra, need constant changing, found the sticky on the bag didn't stick great either meaning they moved around in your bra especially when sleeping

Not good! Very thin and even though they had adhesive patches they did not stay in place well! I soaked them very quickly and when wearing at night there was significant leakage.

Very small and does not stay in place/ sticker comes away from bra.
