Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Fantastic product to treat bad nappy rash!! Almost clears it after 1 usage. Wonder cream in my opinion.

This cream is fantastic. I came across it after my local pharmacy revommended it. It helped clear the rash on my babys bottom and took away any discomfort. It is really easy to apply, as long as you apply very sparingly, and keeps a great barrier. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the best but nappy creams should only be used when the baby has nappy rash, regular use can cause nappy rash as acts as a barrier to the nappy and the urine soaks into the skin rather than the nappy. I was advised this by my midwife.

The white cream is a barrier and the yellow is for when your child already has nappy rash; they are both excellent value for money as you only use a very small amount each time so they last a long time. The cream is very effective and although the yellow one has a distinct smell, you can't smell it once the nappy is on.

I have used both matanium every day for slight redness to nappy area and matanium nappy rash ointment. A little nappy rash ointment goes a long way so use sparingly and a tube will last a long time so well worth the money. In addition, as it is yellow and if you have a wiggly baby it can go everywhere which can make marks on clothing. Definitely recommend it.
