Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

It just protects skin, but it doesn't help with a nappy rash at all. Also I don't know why, but I don't like the substance of it.

Absolutely fantastic stuff...the yellow cream is a godsend for when my little boy gets nappy rash, very fast acting and if you catch it early enough you can see an immediate improvement with just one nappy change. Also, because you only use a tiny amount and spread it thinly the tube lasts a really long time. Winner all round.

This is more of a cream for nappy rash. Be careful as it stains clothing and you only need to use a tiny amount. It works a treat though!

This nappy cream is excellent as it contains zinc which not only protects babies bottoms from nappy rash but also heals it. This was the no.1 recommended nappy cream by my GP. When my son started weaning his bottom was terribly sore due to a change in his diet. This was the only cream that healed it.

This is by far the best nappy cream! My little girl had awful nappy rash and was bleeding. Sudocream just was not working. I went to the doctors and they suggested metanium... best cream ever! The next day her bum was so much better, was not bleeding and she was a happy girl.
