Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

I used the yellow metanium nappy rash treatment when my daughter developed nappy rash after having a bad stomach. It cleared it up within 48 hours. We started using the purple everyday metanium ointment then which is gentle and helps stops rashes from developing

Excellent cream if baby already has nappy rash. It os expensive but is very good at resolving the issue and a little goes a long way. The smell isnt great
