Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

This is the best! The barrier cream is great but if that doesn't work the ointment is so good and clears the rash up before the next nappy change its amazing I stocked up on this

The nappy rash cream works quickly and the day to day cream keeps skin in great condition, with no signs of nappy rash. The best cream I've used.

My kids are allergic to most creams but not metanium it's my life line if my children had a sore bottom and it cleared it up straight away
