Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

Metanium is much more better nappy rash cream then the all different types of creams.yes it's yellow and it can stain on your clothes if you wipe it in your clothes but it protect from any infection in private party it also work in adults when they got private part infections. It also help to stop pain after baby poo but it's much better work when it's really cold so you can have it in the fridge and it's nothing happen bad it's just going help your baby better not having pain.

Only use this on bad rash as it stains clothes. Sometimes has little pieces in but works well. Expensive so wait for offers.

It is very effective. It is yellowish and it may stain. When you open first time the tube, it will come out more than you need!

Great for any flare ups through teething etc. Clears up soreness very quickly.
