Amazing at clearing up nappy rash quickly and effectively, I always have some in the house just in case so I can use it at first signs of a sore bum and it stops it from getting any worse, amazing and very cheap for what it does!

Cleared my little girl sore bottom up quickly. Only use it when she is teething as that's when her bottom gets very sore and only need a little amount

My little boy is 5 month old he has severe nappy rash problems I tried other barriers but metanium works well. Recommended by GP and my friends. It really protect the skin the cream never dissolves in poo just what I want. I like the scent of this and the yellow colour cream. Easy to apply too.

Absolutely amazing. My daughter got a small nappy rash one evening. My husband went and bought one to use. Put it on once and the rash was gone. Very very thick though so only the tiniest amount needed.
