We have the maxi-cosi cabriolet infant carrier car seat. We love how snug and cosy this seat is for a new born. The various inserts that can be removed as your baby grows are so helpful, to cater for every stage of growth. We found this was a popular car seat to be able to get adapters or to just fit on a variety of prams which was very useful to have this flexibility for choosing the right pram.

This is a good make, however didnt find as padded as Joie. Child's head kept falling forward when asleep.

I used a Maxi-Cosi for my son's first car seat. Although I didn't have the isofix option it was easy to strap it in each time using the seatbelt. The seat appeared to be comfortable for him - he would usually be asleep within a few minutes of starting to drive. Probably the best aspect was that it was very lightweight - if you're looking to buy a car seat that needs to be portable, make sure you carry the various options around for awhile before you decide... if it's even the slightest bit taxing it's not going to be easy once you add 5-8kg of baby weight! Maxi-Cosi also sell car seat covers - much easier to stick in the laundry in the event of any spills/accidents.

We love Maxi-Cosi and have used the newborn car seat which usually lasts around 9 months but actually lasted 17 months with our little one. We like maxi-cosi as their seats are safe and simple to use! As we liked the first stage seat so much we have now got the second stage seat for our daughter which will last us until she is around 4 years old. This second stage seat also has the choice to be rear or forward facing! We would definitely recommend.

Ive have used several different carseat options over the years but I find the newborn carseat by maxi cosi has far more toom in it for my son and he happy in this car seat compared to a mothercare carseat we had previously

Good value for what they cost, and come in a range of colours and patterns giving customers choice. They are a well recognised brand who care about children and ensure their products are safe and comfortable at each stage.
