Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

Good calue for moneyx quality product lasting for years (i used for 1st and 2nd child) easy to clean. Quite expensive and not much variety on products compared with other suppliers
