Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

Online was easy to use but when there was a recall on our pushchair was difficult to deal with in store as they didn't know anything about it and were not helpful.
