Advice for all parents-to-be: very poor customer services with no way of contacting anyone (no online chat function, emails remain unanswered and it is impossible to get through on their "customer service" line). We placed an order for a cot months ago and received a partial order (only the sides of the bed) without further explanation or apology as to where the rest of the order is. Completely unacceptable, highly unprofessional and insensitive towards expecting parents who are trying to obtain essential goods for their baby.

I had to send back four as they would not go together properly. Paintwork looks terrible. Looks cheap. Looks beautiful from far away.
