Advice for all parents-to-be: very poor customer services with no way of contacting anyone (no online chat function, emails remain unanswered and it is impossible to get through on their "customer service" line). We placed an order for a cot months ago and received a partial order (only the sides of the bed) without further explanation or apology as to where the rest of the order is. Completely unacceptable, highly unprofessional and insensitive towards expecting parents who are trying to obtain essential goods for their baby.

This is the most expensive cot we have used; it is beautiful and easy to put together. It has lasted far longer than others, and the paint has not chipped, as a previous male has. Would definitely recommend but it is pricey!

Excellent quality, solid piece of furniture. It was a little awkward to put together but other than that a great cot.

We have this at the other set of grandparents & doesn't get used that much but baby sleeps well in it so it must be comfortable.
