Really quite shocked at how poor they are. Got a baby gift given to us by friends - however found it to be damaged on opening. I contacted them and asked for an exchange and explained it was a gift and I didn't feel comfortable asking them for the receipt. What ensued was multiple rude emails back to my suggestion that this was a little unreasonable considering it was clearly their product and was labelled. They then made me take photos of it all and send it - which obviously took my time before again just saying they couldn't help. I asked them about why they asked me for photos and they gave a short reply about checking it was their product and still on sale, even though they confirmed it was both and it didn't make a difference to their response. I'm actually shocked at how poor they are and regret buying another item from them - a car seat as their service in selling this was poor too. I definitely won't buy from them again and have told all friends and family - many of who have children or are pregnant to stay away too. In short - don't buy, and if you do and have an issue don't expect any help or respect dealing with your issue.

I love it . Clothes and stuff for children are very good quality. The colours are always the same after wasching . I can use the same clothes for 3 of my children .

Very expensive, and sadly, for poor quality / inappropriate clothing.
