Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

I ended up only breastfeeding for 3 weeks because my nipples became cracked, bleeding and so very sore but even with how bad they were this cream would heal them enough for me to nurse again by the next time baby was hungry

Everyone recommended it to me so I bought it. However I found that it is a bit too thick. It works as intended and can also be used on chapped lips. I don find it is quite expensive for what it is and I wish I looked into other brands before buying this one. But it seems to be everyone's staple nipple cream - probably for a reason.

This nipple cream has been my absolute life line & I'd have surely given up Breast feeding without it. It's great that it doesn't need to be washed off unlike many other creams and it really works both as a barrier, soother and to heal abrasions. It may not be cheap but unlike others this actually does work and is therefore worth every penny in my opinion.
