Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

This cream really helped me in the early days of bf my son when nipples got quite sore. The only drawback was that because it was so sticky it sometimes got on my arms too before I could get dressed! Great that you don't have to remove before bf.

This product was recommended to me hence the purchase. The first few weeks of Breastfeeding required use of this cream but it is expensive at over ten pounds. My only criticism is that it is pricey and I didn't use anymore than a third of the product until my nipples were hardened to feeding
