Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

I started using it on the third day after birth as my nipples were getting irritated and a friend advised me on this cream. It has been extremely helpful and I keep on using it after each feed. It doesn't need to be washed off and it's safe for the baby. A cream tube will last longer than a month. It isn't cheap so I buy it when it's on offer

Although I found this cream quite greasy it is a great product my nipples didn't dry out at all. I found it especially helpful when I went from breastfeeding to expressing

Very good value for money. Quite a sticky substance but it meant it remained on your nipples and didn't smear off when your bar was back on.
