Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

Excellent cream, works really fast , reduce tenderness and painful nipples' within minutes, protects from dry and cracked skin. Its a bit greasy but its safe for newborns. Would not survived without it when breastfeeding my twins. Highly recommended!!!

LOVE this stuff. Great for the start of breastfeeding. I'm still breastfeeding my 11 month old and I've started using this cream again as my baby likes to 'twiddle' my other boob whilst feeding. Pulls and yanks my other nipple. So painful! Makes it too slippery for him to pull hard.

It's more expensive than other brands but it's worth every penny. You don't have to take it off to feed & you only need to apply a little bit each time. I had a difficult first few weeks when trying to breastfeed, I applied the cream after each feed & used in conjunction with their breast pads I healed within days. It's very thick so when you can't squeeze out anymore cut the top off & there is at least another 4 applications in there.
