Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

A little difficult to apply but once it's on it works a treat reducing pain and acting as a barrier to cracked / sore nipples. ALso great as a nappy cream.
